Event description
- What is the name of the event, who are the organizers, when and where will it take place?
- Please provide a brief description of the event and send us a program, if possible.
- How many people do you estimate will attend the event and how many languages will be used?
Interpretation
- Have you already thought about who will provide interpretation?
- Do you need help coordinating interpreters or training volunteer interpreters?
Resources
- What technical equipment is already available at the event location? (mixer, sound system etc.)
- Is there a budget for simultaneous interpretation?
- Who is the contact person? (name, phone number, email)
